Preparation Get slop shirt and pull hair back Apply cold cream to face to act as a barrier for makeup Hidden Eyebrows Brush eyebrows up and out to flatten them. Make them look more like a fan instead of an eyebrow. apply a thin layer of glue to the eyebrows, making the inner part of the eyebrow go in, the middle go up, and the outside go out let glue dry a little and set with powder repeat steps 1-3 until the surface is flat. (I did 4 layers) apply highlight shade from the ben nye kit on eyebrow and set with power apply the dusty pink shade from the lip wheel of the ben nye kit to cancel out the blues of the eyebrow and set with powder apply another layer of highlight and set with powder The makeup start by outlining the design on your face. remember to flip the transparency so it is correct on your face.  using the mehron paints, mix a lot of white with a touch of brown and an even smaller touch of yellow to create the "skin" tone of the fairy. apply ...

Sketches! My idea was a banshee ripping through the body of a fairy it's been living in.... weird, I know, but that's show biz baby. I did different themes for the sketches Hard to tell, but the base color is almost white, but has a bit of a flesh tone Outlined the face and cheekbones in green. Green also used for lips and outer v of eyes lighter green for leaves yellow for inner corner of eyes and teeth blue for banshee skin red for third eye, gums, and blood black for outlining, pupil, and mouth

wound application

hair up, slop shirt on, cold cream applied (except where the wound will go) applied spirit gum to back of wound I let the spirit gum dry for 1 minute and then pressed the prosthetic to my face for 45 seconds as you can see, my prosthetic is garbage I applied color corrector and foundation  i fixed the edges of my prosthetic a little added red to what is going to be a black eye I added the dark purple to deepen the bruise I added a little bit of the dark blue for more depth I added yellow to the outside of the bruise. I used brushes for this whole process I added the dark purple to the inside of the wound I was unhappy with my black eye so I did another wound on my chin. this is a little horseshoe of red added a little purple added some blue and some yellow... just a cute little bruise powdered that face added blood  another angle of the blood after removing the prosthetic with the sp...

bruise and wound

the outline of where my bruise will be. this shape is just so cute, could be a bean blended out the outline a little bit so it wouldn't be noticeable in the bruise i ripped apart a sponge to create this effect with the red in my bruise wheel. I re-did this part 3 times because I kept making it too dark and it didn't look stippled enough I added the dark purple/brown shade from the bruise wheel with another ripped up sponge. this time instead of following the shape, I made it more of a U shape like Colleen suggested in the video. I got a couple lines from the edge of the sponge, but when I tried fixing them, it blended in and look unnatural  now I added the dark blue shade focused in the middle, this is where it started looking real.... super creepy now I added the yellow, I realized that I might have added too much yellow on the outside. I was using an LED light with a blue tint, so it kind of cancelled out the yellow, which is why I think I added too...
